TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Her Natural Beauty and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
Your access to or use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right
Your User Content
We may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
We may delete your account and User Content
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming.
